Biography

Dr. W. Bryan Bell has worked with Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Company in Fort Worth for 25+ years where he is a Research Scientist Principal with the Advanced Development Programs (i.e., Skunk Works). He has been involved in the development of the numerous advanced avionic functions for the F-16, A-12, F-22, F-35 and other various aircraft. He is currently involved in several research and development projects and is a Lockheed Martin Subject Matter Expert in sensor and signal processing for EO/IR and radar imaging, as well as targeting, geodesy and integrated aircraft navigation. He continues to author journal and conference papers and serves as a reviewer for several technical publications and as a chair for various conference session. His membership include IEE, SPIE, ION, and AIAA as well as the Electrical Engineering Honor Society, Eta Kappa Nu.
